Weights — how the scorer balances the 11 signals
Weight each signal within its axis (0.0–2.0, default 1.0). Scores are renormalised so the /15 and /18 scales — and all promotion thresholds — are unchanged. High consensus scores are negative: weighting a consensus signal up makes it count more toward “too late”. Changes apply from the next scoring run.
